Oh my gosh, his pastries are awesome. Joseph has worked in Italy and St. Croix in local high-end restaurants. He also won the award for Best Entree in the Taste of St. Croix 2010.

Joseph brings his passion for food and wine to the intimate setting of Freedom, where he uses the spectacular Caribbean as his backdrop for his award-winning cuisine. For the past 18 years, I have visited Monaco, Genoa, Greece, Antigua and Tortola to learn everything I can at these various mega yacht charter vessels at their annual charter yacht boat shows, and no meal was better than Joseph Stiles’ on board Freedom 120.
