Crew Profile
CAPTAIN
Will Jameson
Will grew up on the South Coast of England, where his passion for sailing, boats, and the sea has been a lifelong pursuit. His enthusiasm for the water emerged at a young age, and by 16, he had saved enough from his paper round to purchase his first boat, a Dart 18. Around this time, Will began volunteering as a dinghy instructor at a charity-based sailing school, where he took people of all ages and abilities out on
the water—including Princess Anne!
After finishing school, Will immediately entered the workforce, starting his own business. However, his love for sailing only deepened. He frequently chartered yachts with friends in the Mediterranean, finding great joy in introducing others to the pleasures of sailing and clear waters. This passion led him to buy his first substantial sailing vessel, "Fay," a 32-foot catamaran that required a complete refit. Will eagerly
took on the challenge of refurbishing Fay himself and soon had her back on the water. He embarked on numerous voyages along the South Coast of the UK, as well as across the English Channel to France and the Channel Islands. With an Atlantic crossing under his belt and a Commercially Endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore certification, Will is an experienced and skilled sailor.
When he's not on a boat, Will finds plenty of other ways to stay active. He is a qualified kitesurfing instructor—another activity he believes everyone should try. Will enjoys keeping fit and has completed the Devizes to Westminster canoe ultra marathon, always seeking new challenges. He also enjoys wakeboarding, fishing, and has a keen interest in cars.

Milou Van Melick
With a passion for hospitality, Milou's goal is to exceed guest expectations. Growing up in the Netherlands in a family-owned restaurant, Milou was involved in the hospitality industry from a young age, developing a natural talent for guest relations and service. Her positive energy and welcoming smile always being a welcome addition to any gathering.
After completing her university studies, she expanded her horizons by traveling through Central and South America, where she embraced different cultures, cuisines and discovered her love for the ocean through surfing. She later spent a year working in Australia, further refining her skills working as a farm nanny for a family of nine surrounded by animals, which she also has a fondness for.
Milou finds immense joy in cooking for and with friends and family, and this love for bringing people together through food has been a constant throughout her life. She feels happiest when everyone is gathered around a table filled with home-cooked food, sharing stories, and enjoying each other's company. Milou strives to create this feeling on charter while preparing a wide variety of dishes tailored to guests' preferences.
When she's not whipping up delicious meals, Milou draws on her background with a wedding planner and catering company to keep everything running smoothly. Her attention to detail, positivity, and organizational skills help turn every moment onboard into a truly memorable experience.
Whether it's sharing fun travel anecdotes, enjoying watersports, trying new recipes, or baking her favorite carrot cake, just ask Milou and she's in!
