He started in the industry as a fishing mate and deckhand; rising through the ranks quickly. He is comfortable with working for high-end yachting programs as well as casual sport fishing programs.

Mate Dylan is a Florida native, growing up in Stuart As the son of an experienced Big boat Captain he was essentially born on the water. Dylan is a Keen fisherman and avid watersports enthusiast. Out of high school he worked on the oil rig crew boats, learning his trade in the commercial field, working heis way up to 2nd Captain before switching to the more glamorous private yacht industry.
