Wim, our Captain on board YGO. is an experienced sailor and real professional. He was involved for 12 years with the Belgian Olympic sailing team and has been a keen sailor since he was 9 years old. He has since moved on to become a Master 500GT and has experience on larger catamarans and monohulls alike. He’s completed an Atlantic Crossing and spent a lot of time in both the Caribbean and Mediterranean where he collected all necessary local knowledge to provide the perfect charter experience.

I am a passionate chef with a unique culinary journey that has taken me from a dedicated hobby chef to a professional chef on board. With years of experience and a love for both cooking and sailing, I know better than anyone how to prepare tasty dishes in a limited space surrounded by the splendour of the ocean.
Together with Wim and Nova, I represent the perfect team, providing delicious food, high level service and a great atmosphere.
As a chef on a sailing catamaran, I combine my knowledge of fresh, local ingredients with a creative flair to create delicious meals that tantalise the taste buds. My dishes are inspired by the rich flavours of the sea and the exotic destinations we visit. From fresh seafood dishes to colourful salads and delectable desserts, each dish is prepared with care and passion. My aim is to make every meal an unforgettable experience, spoiling my guests with culinary delights that make their trip even more special.
