In addition to his professional expertise, Yannis is known for his strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability. When not working, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his friends and family. He speaks Greek and English.

Alexia has been working as a Cook/Hostess on catamarans and sailing yachts since 2021. Her love for cooking and traveling naturally led her into the yachting world, where she gets to combine both passions every day.
She’s hardworking, easy to get along with, and great with guests, always making sure everyone onboard feels comfortable and well taken care of. From organizing provisions to preparing meals, Alexia enjoys creating tasty, personalized menus that suit different preferences and make each trip special.
