Julien started his carrer in the yachting Industry as bosun on a Leopard 27m, cruising all summer the south of France with the owner onboard. He enjoyed so much this first experience that he decided to make it his career. After obtaining the radio operator certificate, a chief engineer 250 , Medical Safety training and Advanced Fire fighting Certificate , in 21012 he has obtained the Captain Yacht 200 certificate followed in 2013 by the Captain Voile 200. He has alternated the winter studies to the summer season on board both private and charter yachts cruising the West and East Mediterranean. Julien joined Esmeralda of the Seas in 2018.
French mother tongue, Julien speaks also English and Spanish. Travelling, Sports and Photography are among his interests.

If the guests are fond of getting to the beaches, discover the towns and playing with the water toys, they will be pleased: operating the tender is one of the favorite parts of the job for Ivan.
