His culinary journey took an adventurous turn when he completed the "Vodan" skipper academy course in Croatia, leading him to become a chef on sailing yachts. Most recently, he showcased his talents as a chef de partie at Zagreb's renowned restaurant "Boban," earning accolades from prestigious guides like Michelin, Gault & Millau, and Falstaff. Throughout his career, he remains dedicated to upholding high standards of food safety and sanitation while ensuring a meticulously organized and clean cooking environment.
