She’s comfortable running a galley solo, planning balanced menus, and adapting to guest preferences with ease. Her background spans busy New Orleans kitchens and multiple seasons on 30m+ yachts, giving her a strong mix of creativity, organization, and calm under pressure.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local food scenes, experimenting with new dessert ideas, and spending time outdoors. She brings a steady work ethic, a friendly attitude, and a genuine love for good food to every program she joins.
MATE- MATT CHERAMIE- AMERICAN
Originally from Louisiana and now based in Fort Lauderdale, Matthew brings hands-on experience from busy charter seasons in Alaska, New England, and the Bahamas. Skilled in tender operations, fueling, towing, and exterior maintenance, he’s worked on both private and charter yachts ranging from day trips in New York City to extended boss trips in the Exumas. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Matthew ensures smooth deck operations and guest safety while supporting navigation and engine room upkeep.
Off the water, he enjoys fishing, exploring new coastlines, and staying active outdoors—always ready for the next adventure at sea.
