Welcome aboard the luxury catamaran sailing yacht 'Green Flash'. The term 'Green Flash' comes from sailors' sightings of the sun disappearing behind the horizon in the evening, it is that last little quarter of the sun that rapidly changes color to a bright lime green, hence the name Green Flash. I have personally seen this 7 times in 5 years. The sunset needs to be perfect, no clouds on the horizon just clean, clear sky. What I personally think that happens is that blue of the ocean and the yellow of the sun clash for 1 or 2 seconds and it is gone just as fast as it came. So watch for that green flash, but captains normally warn you when they feel one is about to happen.
The Green Flash Catamaran sleeps 4 guests in 2 equal queen sized beds and cabins (she can sleep 5 guests provided one is a child). Each cabin has its own private electric push button toilet, private shower and wash basin. The entire catamaran sailboat is fully air-conditioned with controls in each cabin. This is one of the most comfortable, spacious, stable luxury catamaran sailboats in the industry today.
